Positive: I will need about 100 boxes to write about how INCREDIBLE this property is. I’ve never rented & stayed at a property that left me speechless because no words can describe how AMAZING this house is. I literally would need about 10 pages to describe what an incredible space this house is. From the cleanliness to the outdoor living spaces, the heated pool & hot tub. People, if you stay here, do NOT bother guest services for anything. Just start opening cabinets and drawers for anything you might need. The owner has thought of EVERYTHING and gives you MORE supplies than you need, beach towels, bath towels, ect. However, if you must reach out to concierge, they are incredibly prompt and SO nice. One of the BEST customer service I’ve ever dealt with on all my times of travel! My family and I stayed at Timbers Resort on Kauai last year, it was double the price and pales in comparison to this property. I wish I could write about every detail that made this place SO special. Please do yourself a service and just stay here. The pictures do NOT for this place justice. I just want to say a sincere thank you to the owner and staff for making this the BEST family vacation we’ve ever had. Will be staying here again if it’s available next year!!!!
