Summary: This property is spacious with a roomy kitchen, separate dining area if wanted, but we congregated either on the lanai or the bar for most of our meals. The bedrooms are comfortable and pleasantly separated with the master bedroom and bath en-suite opposite ends of the house from the other two bedrooms. A full-size laundry room is a bonus,Being halfway between Downtown Kona and Kapau shortened car time so we could easily visit friends or Hilo without worry of returning home tired and in the dark. This was an all around lovely eight days and we highly recommend this home to responsible adults.
