Summary: Our family of seven had a comfortable stay. The four bedrooms were a great fit and gave everyone their own space and bathrooms. The sunset views from the pool area were beautiful and definitely a highlight.We visit Hawaii every year and aren’t overly picky, but there were a few areas that could be improved. Keyless entry would be much more convenient than keeping track of physical keys for both the main house and the exterior-access bedrooms. More beach chairs would also have been helpful for a larger group wanting to spend the day at the beach together. The hot water never quite got hot enough, even after we requested that the temperature be adjusted. With the fully open shower in the master bathroom, hotter water would have made a big difference. The BBQ grill was also very dirty and clogged, which caused uneven heating. The hosts did offer to come address it, but we chose not to interrupt our stay and hope it’s resolved for future guests.Overall, the home is spacious and works well for a large family, but it could benefit from some general TLC.
