Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 45 days of your scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit unless the rental time is successfully re-booked at the same rate.
• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen changes in your travel plans.
• Rescheduling Policy: Any modifications to your reservation within 45 days of arrival will be treated as a cancellation.
• Non-refundable Transaction Fees: Please note that credit card transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
