Positive: The location is unbeatable. Short block to wonderful Poipu Beach and the turtles and seals, and to trails to Shipwreck beach. And to Brenneckes and their Puka Dog deli/coffee shop. Easy drive to shops and Koloa. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, appliances and tableware. Lots of towels. Liked the large opening windows with screens for fresh air. Knew there was no lanai.

Negative: The laundry room was very dirty and people left the washer full of sand. The portable air hose fell out of the broken window adapter in the second bedroom and it was never fixed despite several txts. The twin beds in the second room were very saggy, ok for children but not for mature adults. The main bed was better. Not enough shelf or counter or hanging places in bathroom for multiple people’s wet bath & hand towels, face clothes and toiletries. Also same in second bedroom. There were no lawn chair or boogie boards or noodles to take to the beach.
