For your convenience, parking is available for up to three vehicles on the property. Please note that we perform pool maintenance every Wednesday and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and food is not allowed around the pool or jacuzzi area to maintain cleanliness and safety. The outdoor barbecue is stored for upkeep; just let us know in advance if you wish to use it, and we’ll be happy to provide it free of charge.
Early check-in and late check-out options are available based on occupancy, with corresponding fees applicable. Guests can opt for early check-in at 1/4 of the daily rate per hour before 3 PM or half the daily rate up to 11 AM. For late check-outs, a similar fee structure applies.
Please be aware that Kailua-Kona has a noise ordinance in effect from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We kindly ask that you keep noise levels low during these hours to avoid potential fines.
