Summary: The heat did not turn on in the hot tub and pool till after 3:30 with children that wanted to swim all day that was very disappointing The room was advertised as having two queen beds in one room it only had one with a pull out sofa. We were told that we had parking for two cars but only had 1 in the resort, the other was street parking. There were not ample towels provided, with only 6 bath towels and 4 beach towels for 6 people in the room, 4 of them women. I original search was for only rooms with A/C but the room only provided stand up fans.
