The studio itself features a spacious 10x10 lanai, providing ample room for relaxation alongside a dining table and kitchenette.

If you are traveling with a larger group, consider renting the adjoining unit known as Princeville Happiness. Together, these two units can accommodate up to 6-8 guests, offering flexibility for families and friends vacationing together.

While staying at Gianna’s Place, you'll find that the complex is family-friendly, radiating local Aloha spirit. With daily maintenance of the pool and jacuzzi, cleanliness is a top priority. Two fully equipped BBQs, including propane and utensils, await your culinary creations.

Your comfort extends beyond the interior of the condo. A parking pass will be provided for your convenience, allowing you to utilize any unmarked parking space. Should parking become limited, feel free to use the grassy areas within the lot. Just remember to return the pass upon your departure, as lost passes incur a replacement fee of $50.

As you enjoy your stay, we kindly ask that you take out the trash daily, especially before checking out. This helps maintain a bug-free environment, ensuring you have a pleasant experience in the tropics. It’s important to acknowledge that this community consists of both residents and vacationers, so you might hear children playing or see some outdoor gear around.
