Summary: This house was in a nice neighborhood in Princeville with lots of areas to walk or bike. Grocery store, shopping and restaurants were nearby.However, because it was 3 stories and had about 10 stairs to get to the kitchen. living room, dining rooms and another flight of steep stairs down to the 4th bedroom and bath, I would not recommend it for families with small children or older adults. Our biggest disappointment was the house did not have a hot tub or a 3 minute walk to the beach as stated in the listing on VRBOThus, 2 out of 5 star review
