Step out onto your private lanai that includes outdoor seating perfect for soaking up the incredible views or enjoying live entertainment from the Happy Talk Restaurant below. We offer complimentary beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and igloos, setting us apart from other rentals.

One major advantage of our unit is its convenient location next to the parking area—no need for a shuttle service unlike most units in the resort. This feature allows you immediate access for a hassle-free experience.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• This unit is not suitable for children under 2 years old or pets due to balcony and fragile decor.
• Guests looking for extreme quietness may find elevated noise levels from shuttle services when lanai doors are open. Closing the doors can mitigate this.
• No snorkeling gear or beach blankets are provided; however, 2 boogie boards, an igloo, beach umbrella, and chairs are included.
• The bathroom functions as a wet shower area, which may cause the floor to get wet outside the shower space. Please use the rug towel provided.
• There are additional fees: a one-time check-in fee of $50 per reservation, a resort fee of $25/day, and a parking charge of $20/day, plus applicable Hawaii General Excise Tax.
• The studio is situated on the third floor, with no elevator access, requiring stair climbing.
• Changes in local tax rates may result in increased payments from guests.
• Check-in begins after 3 PM and check-out must occur before 10 AM.
• Travel insurance is highly recommended considering current global conditions.
• Starter kits for essential items such as shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, dish soap, and toilet paper are provided. Additional supplies will need to be purchased for longer stays.
• A cleaning fee of $205 is subject to Hawaii's General Excise Tax.
