Our spacious townhome features the highly sought-after 'A' floor plan, complete with two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and over 1600 square feet of living space, plus an expansive 428 square foot lanai. In addition, a private single-car garage holds various recreational items, including boogie boards, snorkel gear, an inflatable SUP, four adult bicycles, scooters (Razor), beach chairs, a rolling cooler, pool toys, umbrellas, and more—ensuring you have everything needed for an enjoyable stay with ample parking just steps away.
The Fairways at Mauna Lani, built in 2006, is a secure, gated community nestled along the fourth and twelfth fairways of the prestigious Francis H. Brown Golf Course (North Course). The low-density design, accentuated by lush tropical landscaping, sets the stage for relaxing by the tranquil guest-only free-form pool featuring a lava rock waterfall and hot tub, or simply unwinding on your own private lanai.
