Summary: We loved the location, the well stocked kitchen, size of the unit, having a garage, back yard with patio, great pool area, and plenty of beach equipment. Generally a great unit. When we arrived everything looked clean and nice. However, soon discovered sheets all smelled like oily skin and were stained. Pillow cases, covers, & some pillows were stained & smelled awful. Twin beds had sand in them - dirty sheets. Towels smelled old, musty. Only enough towels for 4 people (we had 6) and no towels for the kitchen. It took THREE weeks before towels were delivered. Within a short time bare feet were filthy dirty from dirty floors. Bulbs burned out in hallway night lights. We had to replace batteries in garage door opener and smoke detector. Bolt holding toilet seat in place was broken and we had to replace it.Nice place but was not ready for guests.
