This island-inspired one-bedroom condo features a spacious lanai, perfect for outdoor dining while soaking in the breathtaking ocean views—an ideal setting to enjoy your morning cup of Kona coffee! Positioned on the second floor, you’ll love the ability to hear the gentle waves crashing against the lava shores from both the living area and bedroom.

The living space is designed for comfort, equipped with a window air conditioning unit featuring a 4-hour timer, ceiling fan, and a sofa sleeper for additional guests. The kitchen comes fully equipped and includes a washer/dryer for your convenience. In the bedroom, you will find a luxurious King bed, along with another ceiling fan and window air conditioning unit, also featuring a 4-hour timer.

**Please note: Work related to spalling repairs commenced in July 2024 and will continue throughout the year, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. This work will involve the use of ladders, pump jacks, scaffolds, extended boom lifts, grinders, chipping hammers, and tarps in certain areas. Please be aware that construction will pause between October 21st-29th for Ironman and again during the holidays from December 23rd - January 3rd.

Minimum stay requirements vary from 4 to 10 nights, depending on the season. This is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed.
