Designed by renowned architect Vladimir Ossipoff, known for his modern Hawaiian architecture, Hale Pohaku ensures a unique living experience without shared walls with other units. This allows for natural ventilation through the floor-to-ceiling louvers in each room. The design reflects local style while embracing the cooling ocean breezes and adorned with Hunter ceiling fans throughout the condo, including the kitchen and master bathroom. With only a small community of 6 units sharing the oceanfront pool and covered parking, the atmosphere here feels private and exclusive.

Do note that the property is located on a busy road, so some traffic noise may be audible from certain areas of the unit.
