The atmosphere at Casa De Emdeko is truly inviting, perfect for mingling with fellow guests as you enjoy picturesque sunsets from the community patio or gather around the oceanfront BBQ area.

Unit #115 is conveniently located on the first floor, providing effortless access to all amenities and just a short stroll to the sandy beach area and saltwater pool. This newly refurbished one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit spans approximately 700 square feet, delivering both comfort and privacy. It features a master bedroom with a king bed topped with a cozy memory foam mattress, as well as a queen sofa bed in the living room. Please note that children are not permitted, ensuring a calm environment for adult guests. The maximum occupancy is two people.

Marvel at stunning sunsets from your tiki torch-lit patio area or take advantage of the lovely community gazebo equipped with gas BBQs for delightful outdoor dining. Inside your unit, enjoy modern conveniences such as a washer and dryer, a new refrigerator, a dishwasher, an updated range/oven, and a microwave. Your stay is further enhanced by central air-conditioning, an HD cable smart TV connected to a DVD player in the living room, and a smaller flat screen TV in the bedroom. You'll also have access to a Bluetooth speaker, along with games, books, and secure Wi-Fi throughout the condo.

For added convenience, you'll find a beauty salon, mini-mart/deli, and flower shop right in the commercial building situated in the property's parking lot. The vibrant town of Kona is just 1.25 miles away, with the airport located around seven miles from your doorstep.

Please be aware that a $200 deposit is required upon booking, with the full rental payment due 60 days before arrival. Should you need to cancel, you'll receive a full refund if canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival, while cancellations made 45-60 days prior will incur a $200 fee per rental week. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for cancellations made within 45 days of arrival. For those participating in the Ironman event, a minimum stay of 10 nights is required.
