Your bright and airy bedroom and living areas boast breathtaking views of the majestic Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa, and Hualalai. The well-appointed kitchen invites you to cook delicious meals, while the cozy reading nook in the living room provides an ideal spot for relaxation. You'll find a spacious bedroom complete with a walk-in closet and a brand-new bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Additionally, stay connected with wireless internet and enjoy entertainment through the Smart TV, which offers a variety of movies, TV shows, and music channels. For your comfort during the warmer months, air conditioning has just been added.

The teak bench located in front of the cottage is perfect for savoring the moments as you watch the clouds dance over Mauna Kea. Step outside from the kitchen door to discover a new gas barbecue along with a dining table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a meal or taking in the mesmerizing sunsets and star-filled nights. A storage chest filled with beach essentials such as chairs, boogie boards, and snorkel gear awaits your use.

This expansive 3-acre property features a large main house that was recently remodeled to enhance your experience. Your lovely guest cottage is located at one end, while I reside in a separate wing on the opposite side of the L-shaped structure. The two living spaces are thoughtfully separated by a covered lanai, surrounded by fencing and landscaping that ensure tranquility and privacy for everyone.

I value your privacy as much as my own, yet I am more than willing to assist with any questions you may have to enrich your stay on the island. From discovering my favorite local restaurants to finding the best beaches, walking trails, and unforgettable island adventures, I am here to help you create lasting memories.

Our passion for gardening shines through in our flourishing landscape, where fruit trees and vibrant flowers attract a variety of birds. During your visit, feel free to enjoy the ripe fruit when available, including banana, lilikoʻi, mango, papaya, avocado, lemon, and lime.

Located on the 'dry side' of Waimea, you will find yourself conveniently positioned halfway between Kawaihae and Waimea town, each just a short ten-minute drive away. The island's most beautiful beaches are only 10-15 minutes from your door.

Situated at an elevation of 1800 feet, expect sunny and warm days complemented by refreshing island breezes. Should you need additional cooling, ceiling fans and air conditioning are provided. As evening descends, temperatures cool down, creating the perfect environment for a restful night's sleep, accompanied by the soothing sound of cardinals, doves, finches, and other songbirds that grace our peaceful 3-acre property.
