First Home:
The first house boasts a fresh remodel completed in mid-2022, showcasing brand new appliances and contemporary furnishings. Each room, along with the living area, features breathtaking panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean through sliding glass doors that lead to a semi-enclosed lanai. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed and a desk, with a private bathroom equipped with a tub, smart toilet, and sink just outside the door. Enjoy fresh linens, pillows, and a television in every room, along with essential toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.

The second bedroom is spacious, offering two queen-sized beds, a desk, and a chair. Each morning, awaken to 30 miles of the vibrant Kona coastline and expansive ocean views from your bed. This room also has an attached private master bath featuring a shower, double sink, and a Kohler smart toilet.

The expansive gourmet kitchen, combined with the living and dining areas, is fully stocked to meet all your culinary needs. It features stainless steel appliances, a stove, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils, alongside a breakfast bar and a dining table that comfortably seats eight. The living room has three sofas for relaxation, with options for additional sleeping arrangements, as we can provide up to three air mattresses with bedding for larger groups.

Guests have exclusive access to the pool and jacuzzi around the clock, along with an outdoor dining table and barbecue area. Lounge chairs await you by the pool, and you can rinse off after a swim in the refreshing outdoor shower. The enclosed lanai provides various seating arrangements ideal for gathering with friends and family.

Second Home:
The second residence comprises a bedroom with two queen-sized beds, complemented by a desk and chair. Another bedroom features a king-sized bed with similar amenities. Additionally, a Murphy queen-sized bed can be conveniently pulled down in the living room area when needed.

Each room comes complete with fresh linens, pillows, and a television, while the walk-in closet offers ample storage space for your belongings. Essential bathroom items such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are also included. Sliding doors throughout the home ensure easy access and picturesque ocean views from the wrap-around deck.

Studio:
The charming studio, filled with beautiful fixtures and natural light, presents an inviting atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy ocean views. It includes a couch, two queen-sized beds, and all necessary linens, towels, and bathroom essentials.

Situated "up country" within the renowned Kona Coffee belt, you will experience cooler temperatures due to the gentle mountain breeze, making it a pleasant retreat day or night. Each room has independent AC units to enhance your comfort during your stay. Breathe in the tranquility while watching magnificent sunsets from the pool or deck, immersed in the soothing sounds of nature.

The estate offers an Optimum Business Internet connection with speeds reaching up to 600 mbps, ensuring reliable Wi-Fi coverage throughout the property, including rooms, decks, and pool areas.

We can't wait for you to experience this mountain retreat, perfectly balanced between rejuvenation, relaxation, and awe-inspiring views of the Pacific Ocean. Please note that the additional farm dwelling may only house individuals engaged in agricultural activities, but family members involved are welcome to visit.

If you're considering exploring the island without the hassle of traditional car rentals, we have two brand new Tesla Model Y vehicles (5/7 seaters) available for rent, ensuring your adventures are both stylish and environmentally friendly. Complimentary charging is provided on-site, allowing you to travel anywhere on the island without the stress of fuel costs. Delivery from Kona International Airport can be arranged for an extra fee; please inquire about our rental options.

Your reservation grants you complete and exclusive access to the entirety of the chosen house, while two nearby homes (House #2 and House #3) are just a short five-minute walk away. Rest assured, the layout ensures your privacy as these homes are standalone structures, distanced adequately from one another. For larger gatherings, feel free to reach out if you're interested in booking multiple homes.

Parking is limited to a maximum of three cars on-site. Please note that pool maintenance occurs every Wednesday and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and food is not permitted near the pool or jacuzzi for safety reasons. Should you wish to utilize the barbecue, simply request it ahead of time for complimentary access.

Early check-in and late check-out options are available based on occupancy. We kindly ask that noise levels remain minimal between the hours of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, in accordance with local regulations. Rules concerning gatherings, smoking, and pet policies are strictly enforced to maintain the quality of your stay.
