Early check-in incurs a fee of either 1/4 of the daily rate per hour before 4 PM or half the daily rate until 11 AM. For late check-outs, fees are structured similarly, with a limit of 1/2 the daily rate up to 3 PM.

Gatherings may be approved for an extra fee, but please note that this is a strictly drug-free home. Smoking indoors is prohibited and will incur a $500 cleaning fee. Additionally, there is a pet fee of $200 per month for house-trained pets when urinating outdoors; any indoor accidents or damages will result in a minimum deep cleaning fee of $500.
