Relax in the NEW Hot Tub/Spa/Jacuzzi located on the patio of the studio! The main home features two inviting bedrooms: the first comes equipped with two queen-sized beds, alongside a desk and chair for your convenience. The second bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, also accompanied by a desk and chair. Additionally, there's a queen-sized Murphy bed that can be pulled down in the living room area.

Each room is outfitted with fresh linens, pillows, and a television. A spacious walk-in closet provides plenty of room for your belongings, and essential bathroom toiletries—including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash—are provided for your comfort. Enjoy seamless indoor-outdoor living with sliding doors throughout the home, leading to a wrap-around deck that showcases breathtaking ocean views.

Hot water and electricity are readily available for guests' use. Do note that while the listing shows a queen-sized Murphy bed in the living room, it will only be prepared for use if your party has more than four guests. If you're traveling with four or fewer and require the extra bed, please let us know in advance so that we can optimize your dining space.

The studio radiates charm with beautiful fixtures and natural lighting, offering another splendid view of the ocean. It contains a television, a cozy couch, and two queen-sized beds, along with fresh linens, towels, and essential bathroom supplies.

The additional farm dwelling is reserved solely for those engaged in agricultural activities on-site, while family members not involved in such activities may reside there as well.

Parking is limited to a maximum of two cars on the premises. Guests have access to a washer and dryer located at the back of the home for their laundry needs. Each residence is designed for privacy, being standalone homes that are distanced apart.

If you wish to check in early or check out late, please notify us ahead of time, as these requests are subject to availability. Early check-in incurs a fee of either one-fourth of the daily rate per hour before 3 PM, or half the daily rate up until 11 AM. Late check-out is available for a fee of either one-fourth of the daily rate per hour, or half the daily rate if extended to 3 PM.

Please be mindful of the quiet hours in Kailua-Kona, which are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We kindly ask that noise levels remain minimal during this period to avoid potential fines of up to $200. We appreciate your cooperation in returning the AC and TV remotes to their designated places, disposing of garbage properly, and placing dirty dishes in the dishwasher before leaving.

This is a strict drug-free home. Smoking or using illegal substances is not allowed under any circumstances; violations will result in a $500 cleaning fee. Parties and overnight guests are prohibited unless approved by the host beforehand. Kindly refrain from consuming food or beverages on beds.

For those with pets, there is a $200.00 monthly fee, applicable regardless of the duration of your stay. This fee covers well-trained pets that urinate outdoors. Any indoor accidents or damage caused by pets will incur a minimum deep cleaning charge of $500. Please be aware that any rule violations may also lead to additional fees.
