Damage waiver: The total booking cost includes a nightly damage waiver fee plus any applicable taxes (the “Damage Waiver”). If eligible, a discount may apply for stays of 28 nights or longer. This Damage Waiver covers up to $3,000 in accidental damages to the property or its contents when reported to the host prior to checkout, thus eliminating the need for a traditional security deposit.
