Positive: The condo is fantastic: very comfy, clean, well-appointed, with a stunning view along a fine stretch of beach for relaxing and some easy snorkeling. Mona, our host, was consistently helpful, responsive and clear in her communication. The sound of the ocean and the gorgeous sunrise are so rejuvenating! The condo itself with its lanai is a gem. I'd definitely stay here again.
Negative: A slight issue to mention...Mona did her best to let us know about construction around the building, and she was very kind & professional about it. Surely once the construction is completed, it'll be a 10 star rating. For the moment, it caused some inconveniences around parking, lugging baggage, and unsightliness around the property. A good thing is that we never heard construction noises while we were around in the mornings or evenings (we were out all day).
Summary: It really is a stunning condo and location, right on the beach! 9.5 stars
