Take advantage of the beachside amenities, including a gym, pool, and barbecue area. You will have complete use of the entire condo, beach facilities, and fitness center. Enjoy the convenience of reserved parking for one vehicle, with additional street parking available.

To ensure a seamless experience, we provide ample supplies such as dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, and toilet paper. Should you require assistance or have any questions during your stay, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that some construction is currently taking place at the building (Pat's at Punalu'u). Expect visible scaffolding and potential noise from Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM, while weekends are free from construction activity. To accommodate this, we have discounted all nightly rates by 20% through 2024. If you wish to cancel due to these factors, we offer a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation.

The property is situated at the historic Pat's at Punalu'u, located at 53-567 Kamehameha Highway, Hauula, HI 96717. This location qualifies as a legal rental and is exempt from Bill 89/Ordinance 19-18 as per the Honolulu Department of Planning and Permitting.

As our guest, enjoy full access to the entire condo, your private lanai, beachside gym, pool, picnic area, barbecue facilities, lawn chairs, and direct beach access. Two secured elevators lead to your condo, and you'll have your own designated parking space with further public parking available nearby.

Experience the best of the neighborhood with an oceanfront location directly on the beach! The beach is safeguarded by a reef, creating ideal conditions for snorkeling without the concerns of larger waves. However, you can find those nearby too! Savor delicious local cuisine from various food trucks just half a block away—including shrimp, Thai, burger, Vietnamese Pho, and Hawaiian shave ice—as well as a convenience store with local offerings across the street. Just a short drive away lies the Polynesian Cultural Center, Hawaii’s top-paid attraction known for its world-class entertainment and luaus.

For surfing enthusiasts, Laie Beach Park is only five minutes away and features fantastic waves year-round. Explore Turtle Bay Resort for golf courses and world-famous North Shore surfing spots, both just a short drive away.

In winter, witness 30 to 40-foot waves along the North Shore, where you can watch some of the globe's best surfers. Additionally, visit Waimea Bay and Waimea Falls Park, home to sacred sites, a mesmerizing waterfall, and traditional hula dancers. A few more miles will take you to the charming town of Haleiwa, filled with art galleries, boutiques, and eateries.
