To ensure a smooth stay, we provide ample supplies including dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Please note that some construction is currently taking place at Pat's at Punalu'u, which may result in visible scaffolding and occasional noise from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (no work occurs on weekends). In light of this, we have reduced our nightly rates by 20% through 2024. Should you choose to cancel due to the ongoing construction, a full refund will be available if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. This property is situated at the historic Pat's at Punalu'u, located at 53-567 Kamehameha Highway, Hauula, HI 96717. It is a fully legal rental, compliant with Bill 89/Ordinance 19-18 as approved by the Honolulu Department of Planning and Permitting.
