* Please note that our condo does not have air conditioning. Located on the windward side of the island, we rely on natural airflow through open windows and doors, which is typical for this region's pleasant year-round climate.
* The pool serves as a community amenity, but during ongoing renovations, there may be temporary closures or usage restrictions beyond our control. Notifications will be posted in the elevator or at the pool entrance.
* Current renovations may affect guest experiences, including noise, view disruptions, or limited access to certain amenities. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. While some interruptions may occur during your stay, we sincerely apologize and suggest planning outings during work hours to maximize your relaxation time during the weekends.
* All guests must sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. The responsible guest is accountable for the property and all occupants throughout the reservation period. A valid photo ID and credit card are required for the rental agreement. Charges will only apply if they fall outside Airbnb’s coverage policies.
* A minimum stay of 30 nights is required. Please feel free to reach out for further inquiries, special arrangements, or accommodations, as we strive to meet your needs.
* Cancellations for direct bookings are subject to a non-refundable processing fee of 5% during the cancellation period.
* Local transportation includes a bus route right outside the property. While Uber services are available, a car rental is optional if you plan to relax; nearby convenience stores and food trucks are within walking distance.
* Only one vehicle can be parked on the property; additional vehicles must park off-site in designated grassy areas. This is a non-smoking rental, and pets are not permitted. All HOA rules and posted regulations must be adhered to. Any fines incurred will be charged to the guest, plus a management fee for processing.
