This oceanfront accommodation boasts spectacular views of the beach, ocean, and magnificent sunrises. Accessibility is simple with two elevators leading to your condo. Thoughtfully equipped with an in-unit washer and dryer, you'll find all the conveniences necessary for a comfortable stay. On-site, take advantage of the beachside gym, pool, and barbecue area to enhance your relaxation.

Your stay includes complete access to the entire condo, private lanai (balcony), beachside amenities, and secured entry through two elevators. Parking is convenient with reserved space for one vehicle, plus additional street parking available. Expect essential supplies such as dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, and toilet paper to be provided for your comfort. Should any questions arise or if you need assistance during your visit, please feel free to reach out.

Please note that there is ongoing construction at Pat's at Punalu'u, which may involve some scaffolding and noise during weekdays between 8 AM and 5 PM. To accommodate this, we have reduced our nightly rates by 20% through 2024. If you choose to cancel your reservation within 24 hours due to potential construction impacts, a full refund will be granted. Most guests still enjoy an incredible experience, and we trust you will too!

The property is located at the historic Pat's at Punalu'u, 53-567 Kamehameha Highway, Hauula, HI 96717. This legal rental is exempt from Bill 89/Ordinance 19-18, as confirmed by the Honolulu Department of Planning and Permitting.

The neighborhood is truly idyllic, situated right on the beach with a protected reef ideal for snorkeling. A variety of food trucks including shrimp, Thai, burger, and Vietnamese options are conveniently located just across the street. Just under five miles away, you'll find the Polynesian Cultural Center, renowned as Hawaii's top paid attraction, offering exciting shows, luaus, and cultural experiences. Grocery stores and drugstores are nearby for your convenience, while Laie Beach Park, known for its surfing opportunities, is only five minutes away. Additionally, famous North Shore surf beaches and Turtle Bay Resort’s golfing and dining options are just a short drive from your door.

In winter, prepare for awe-inspiring 30 to 40-foot waves along the North Shore, attracting world-class surfers. Explore the quaint town of Haleiwa for its art galleries, boutiques, and delightful restaurants, or enjoy horseback riding in the area. And of course, the beautiful beach and azure ocean await just outside your condo.

Getting around is easy with a designated parking space near the elevators, and a bus stop mere steps away provides access to all the island’s most sought-after destinations and beaches.

Please keep in mind that pets, smoking, and parties are not permitted. The air conditioning unit is located in the living room, while a fan is available in the bedroom—note there is no AC in the bedroom itself. Rest assured, this is a fully legal vacation rental.
