Your stay includes complete access to the entire condo, private lanai (balcony), beachside amenities, and secured entry through two elevators. Parking is convenient with reserved space for one vehicle, plus additional street parking available. Expect essential supplies such as dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, and toilet paper to be provided for your comfort. Please note that there is ongoing construction at Pat's at Punalu'u, which may involve some scaffolding and noise during weekdays between 8 AM and 5 PM. To accommodate this, we have reduced our nightly rates by 20% through 2024. If you choose to cancel your reservation within 24 hours due to potential construction impacts, a full refund will be granted.
