Outside of Hauula on the beautiful north shore, your condo is literally steps from the beach and sleeps 4. This beautiful condo features a KING bed in the living room, the preferred space to sleep to take full advantage of the luscious trade winds. A custom solid wood Murphy bed is being locally made, but may not be ready until sometime in November. A cozy QUEEN bed is in the 'Nook." You will enjoy a brilliant space that balances relaxation and functionality with an island vibe. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure, preparing for a new one, or are a digital nomad, this enjoyable retreat has you covered. This newly remodeled space offers the entire condo with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The living room features a coastal vibe with authentic Hawaiian decor, large screen tv, free internet, and a king murphy bed (preferred sleeping area) where you will enjoy the trade winds and listen to the sound of the ocean waves. Easily put the bed into it's cabinet and enjoy even more great space for living. Expanding your living space even more is a 100 sq ft partially covered lanai with unbeatable views. Enjoy resting in the breezy partially covered lanai (even if it rains) take a nap, dine al fresco, enjoy a beverage, play a game. The rear portion of the condo provides a full bath and a queen bed in the "nook" provides additional sleeping spaces. A full bathroom with shower and tub, and full size laundry with provided soap and softener sheets.
As areas of the unit become complete, I will be posting more photos. A recent ruling has mandated a minimum 30 day rental. Cleaning details will be provided upon booking, you will pay the cleaner directly (@ $150). During the 30 day stay, a tidy cleaning may be required.
