Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kailua Kai House was the perfect location for our family vacation. Having the large lawn space, trees and Kailua Beach in our backyard was ideal for our four young grandkids. The location of this house was exceptional! It was well maintained and sparkling clean when we arrived. We very much appreciated the plentiful beach equipment provided (chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, sand toys, etc.). The kitchen is dated but was plentifully stocked with supplies and spices. A special thank you for the welcome basket full of delicious treats! The property managers were very responsive to our questions and concerns before and after our stay.
