Your journey begins with a separate entrance located on the left side of the property when viewed from the street. Upon entering through the front door, you will find access to a stunning glass sliding door that leads to the outdoor dining area and the inviting swimming pool.

The spacious rental spans approximately 1,300 square feet. Upstairs, you will discover a luxurious King memory foam bed accompanied by an en-suite bathroom featuring a refreshing shower and a walk-in closet. Step out onto the lanai for breathtaking views of the pool below.

On the main level, the cozy front room is equipped with a queen sofa bed, two comfortable chairs, and a charming bay window overlooking the pool. Additionally, this floor includes another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, along with a modern kitchen and a second bedroom conveniently located off the kitchen. Both bedrooms are furnished with secure locked doors for added privacy.

Step outside through the glass sliding door to enjoy a spacious open lanai, complete with a roofed area for shaded dining or relaxation, all while taking in the serene pool view. Don't forget to unwind in the hammock, but be sure to use bug spray as pesky flies may join you!

Please prioritize safety by observing our rules near the pool deck, as it can become slippery when wet—running is not permitted. Pool hours are set from 8 AM to 9 PM, and after that, we kindly request minimal noise to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Smoking is strictly prohibited on site; should the cottage carry the scent of smoke, additional cleaning fees may apply.

The interior boasts elegant hardwood flooring in the upstairs bedroom, throughout the staircase, and waterproof flooring in the front room and downstairs bedroom. Luxurious travertine tiles adorn the shower floors, with granite countertops adding a touch of sophistication throughout the space. The fully-equipped kitchen features a refrigerator with an ice machine, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer (located in the carport), as well as pots, pans, and essential appliances like an oven cooktop and hair dryer. Safety is a priority, with fire alarms, smoke detectors, and a fire extinguisher conveniently placed under the kitchen sink.
