Nestled in the heart of the stunning Waikoloa Beach Resort on the beautiful Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii, this vacation rental offers a wonderful escape for those looking to bask in the sun and relax.

Please note that from July 2024 through March 2025, Waikoloa Beach Villas will be undergoing restoration work on the exterior woodwork throughout the complex. This includes updates to Ohia Wood Posts, railings, trellises, and A/C enclosures on each building. The project will take place one building at a time, lasting approximately 2-4 weeks per building. During this time, lanai furnishings and decor will be temporarily relocated. Building G, where your vacation rental is located, will see work scheduled from October 8-22, 2024. The contractor will be present Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM and may utilize ladders to access upper floor lanais. If you have any questions about these renovations, feel free to reach out.

The Waikoloa Beach Villas community prides itself on being smoke-free, ensuring a clean and pleasant environment for all guests. Your unit includes essential amenities such as hair dryers in each bathroom, a washer and dryer, basic cable TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and air conditioning for your comfort. Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was on the second floor and we had a lovely view of the golf course. The kitchen was well stocked with general items and everything was clean and orderly. There were beach towels available along with other beach friendly items (beach is walking distance). The living room was comfortable with reclining couches and cable TV worked well. WiFi was available and easy to join. It was great to be across the street from Queens and Kings Markets which was so convenient for food and shopping or just a nice walk after dinner. Washer and dryer worked great and stocked on detergent. Both bathrooms were clean and well kept. Overall great experience and will definitely like to stay in this unit on the future.
