Positive: A very fresh, modern property with stunning views and beautiful interior décor. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, with an excellent selection of cookware and appliances. Fresh, clean linens and towels were provided.

Negative: Our communication with the host began with a request to sign an additional 28-page agreement requiring either extra insurance or a $3,000 security deposit. We found this unexpected, stressful, and inconvenient. The property is not wheelchair- or stroller-accessible. We were also surprised that it has no A/C. Some amenities, including the patio electric torches and the alarm clock, were already out of order. The mattress in the smaller bedroom is very firm. The ocean is much louder than expected because of the rocky shoreline, creating constant noise that we did not find relaxing.
