Positive: The location to Ala Moana Mall was excellent with access from the hotel itself. The restaurants on site were acceptable. The pool and amenities were well maintained. The staff were very helpful and very friendly.

Negative: The room was a little cozy for 2 double beds and people with luggage. It was a long walk to Waikiki, a shuttle from the hotel would have been nice.

Summary: Very nice hotel, with clean amenities and excellent staff.
