Positive: It was nice, clean. The AC worked well. The employees were nice, helpful when we interacted. The microwave was a plus and the refrigerator was a decent size. Valet was right on it.

Negative: The bathroom was small and the tub sides were too tall. The TV didn't stream.

Summary: Our stay at Ala Moana was pleasant.
