Welcome to the stunning Ala Moana Condominium (AH19), where your dream vacation awaits. Currently, an exterior renovation project is in progress at the Ala Moana Hotel Condo, taking place from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. This essential work includes concrete repair, repainting of the building, limited sealant replacement, and lanai deck coating for the Waikiki Sky tower.

For your safety, please note that all lanai doors will be secured to only open 4 inches for ventilation during this period. The renovations are set to commence on August 1st and are expected to conclude by November 18th, 2022, though dates may vary. Rest assured, full operations will resume promptly following the completion of these improvements. You will enjoy wonderful views of the city and ocean during your stay.

The minimum length of your stay is just 2 nights. Although there is no designated parking included with your accommodation, parking spaces are available in the hotel basement for a fee of $30 (as of July 2019). We recommend checking current prices and availability directly.

This studio apartment offers a cozy hotel-type condominium experience. Guests can check in and out independently; to access room keys, gym facilities, and the pool, you must register at the front desk. At checkout, simply return your keys to the designated return box at the front desk, as there is no ongoing service provided for this vacation rental unit.

Hosted by Lei Hawaii Realty Inc., please take note of the state registration number TA-151-614-2592-01. For cleanliness, you may leave your trash outside your door for housekeeping to collect—please ensure it's securely bagged to avoid damage to hallway carpets and walls.

Before making a reservation, we encourage you to read and understand our terms and conditions thoroughly. If you have any questions or prefer not to purchase the CSA damage protection fee or deposit waiver, kindly refrain from booking a rental with Lei Hawaii Realty Inc.

Please remember that reservations must be made by individuals over the age of 21, who must also be present throughout the stay. All rentals during the holiday period, from December 22 to January 2, require a minimum stay of 4 nights, unless gaps of less than 4 nights exist.

We maintain a no-pet policy to ensure comfort for all guests. Should you require the presence of a service animal, please inform us beforehand to avoid cancellation of your reservation. Unauthorized pets discovered post-stay will incur additional cleaning fees.

While staying with us, keep in mind that construction and maintenance activities on the property may affect access to amenities like the pool and lanai. Lei Hawaii Realty Inc. cannot be held responsible for these circumstances.

Guests are asked to purchase consumable items after use and utilize either the laundry facilities on-site or the washer and dryer within the unit as we do not provide linen cleaning services during your stay.
