Currently, an exterior renovation project is in progress at the Ala Moana Hotel Condo, taking place from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. This essential work includes concrete repair, repainting of the building, limited sealant replacement, and lanai deck coating for the Waikiki Sky tower.
For your safety, please note that all lanai doors will be secured to only open 4 inches for ventilation during this period. The renovations are set to commence on August 1st and are expected to conclude by November 18th, 2022, though dates may vary. Rest assured, full operations will resume promptly following the completion of these improvements. You will enjoy wonderful views of the city and ocean during your stay.
The minimum length of your stay is just 2 nights. Although there is no designated parking included with your accommodation, parking spaces are available in the hotel basement for a fee of $30 (as of July 2019). We recommend checking current prices and availability directly.
This studio apartment offers a cozy hotel-type condominium experience. Guests can check in and out independently; to access room keys, gym facilities, and the pool, you must register at the front desk. At checkout, simply return your keys to the designated return box at the front desk, as there is no ongoing service provided for this vacation rental unit.

Guests are asked to purchase consumable items after use and utilize either the laundry facilities on-site or the washer and dryer within the unit as we do not provide linen cleaning services during your stay.
