Summary: Overall this property is excellent. Check-in, communication, cleanliness, all of it was top notch. The location is amazing. The only issue I had was that parts of the property were in need of repair or replacement due to being so well used. One of the bathroom sinks was clogged, a light on a fan didn’t work, the coffee pot was glitchy, the freezer handle fell off (though I was able to screw back on once I found a screwdriver). The beach chairs were all broken and pretty worn, it’s time to replace them. I hesitate to even mention these things, each of them alone is so minor, but when they all happen during the same week it can be a little bit of a bummer. All of these things are just worn out due to frequent use. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this place again. There is everything you need in the kitchen, the provided beach towels were awesome, as were the regular bath towels. The AC worked like a dream. The beds and sofa were comfy. The lanai was a favorite hang out spot. All in all a great base camp for a great vacation!!
