Your private lanai offers a cozy spot to enjoy the serene surroundings, and modern conveniences like air conditioning, an assigned parking space, a 32-inch TV, WiFi, and beach gear ensure that you have all you need for a memorable Hawaiian getaway.

The Space:
Step into our beautifully remodeled 1-bedroom condo at Kona Shores, a quaint yet well-kept complex situated along scenic Ali'i Drive. The brand-new Queen memory foam bed, combined with a Queen sofa sleeper and kitchen table, can accommodate up to four guests comfortably. The newly installed air conditioning unit in the living room allows for quick cooling throughout the space, especially since we've enhanced the layout for a more spacious feel. With easy access to the assigned parking spot, coming and going is a breeze. Our condo is fully stocked with essentials for four people in both the kitchen and bathrooms. Additionally, we provide beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler for your convenience during your stay. Don't miss out on the stunning oceanfront pool, where you can relax and take in breathtaking sunsets. You'll find Green Flash Coffee right next door, and the heart of town is just a short walk away.

Guest Access:
During your stay, enjoy access to the shared oceanfront pool and BBQ area, which can be reserved for private use. A coin-operated laundry facility is also available on-site. The keys are securely kept in a lockbox, and you'll have a designated parking space conveniently located just outside the back lanai door. While Kona Shores is an older complex, it is meticulously maintained. We kindly ask that guests refrain from smoking inside the condo.

Interaction with Guests:
We strive to make you feel right at home throughout your stay at our condo. With the lockbox for keys, you can come and go without worrying about misplacing them. We live just 15 minutes up the hill and are always a phone call away should you have any questions, need recommendations, or require assistance during your visit.
