Note: Please be aware that there is NO OCEAN VIEW from the unit and it does NOT have air conditioning.

This secluded and beautiful condo, situated within the Punaluu community, comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with its cozy furnishings, featuring 1 queen bed and a sofa bed in the living area. You will enjoy modern amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi with speeds of up to 300mb per second, and a wireless charging station for your devices. Additionally, free parking is available for your convenience.

Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature with opportunities to swim alongside turtles and admire vibrant marine life. Relax on the tranquil beach, where you can soak in the lush mountain views and watch captivating sunrises and moonlit nights.

The building amenities include a shared outdoor pool, fitness center, and BBQ area. The pool is accessible during designated hours:

• Monday to Friday: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Weekend: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM

The BBQ grill is available from 9 AM to 9 PM on a first-come, first-served basis.

Note: As of May 2022, there is ongoing construction that may cause noise disturbances during your stay. Construction is scheduled during working hours (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday), although generators may run around the clock for a limited period. Please also note that "sewer smell" may be present due to plumbing work. Elevators may not be operational during construction hours, requiring guests to use the stairwells.

The concrete repair project is expected to begin on June 27 and will continue for an undetermined duration. We appreciate your understanding and patience throughout this process.

For early check-in requests, a fee of $50 may apply if space allows; kindly inquire on the day of your arrival. Additionally, for primary guests with fewer than 4-star reviews, an additional deposit of $500 is required, refundable at the end of your stay if no issues arise.

Please be advised that the building's drainage may experience temporary delays due to construction activities. Parking is available in areas labeled BHL, and one parking pass will be provided in the unit. Note that we only supply essential items such as toilet paper and soap initially; you will need to purchase additional supplies during your stay.

We cannot receive package deliveries; using an Amazon locker is recommended. Dogs are not permitted unless they are licensed service or support animals, with documentation required. A fine of $200 applies for any puppy waste left unattended.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit—smokers must exit to the parking lot. A $500 fine will be incurred for violations.

A key/parking pass deposit of $200 is required, with instructions to return both upon checkout. The swimming pool fob will also need to be returned to avoid a $100 fee for loss. Lost parking passes incur a $50 charge.

If you require an early check-in or late check-out, fees will apply based on availability, and inquiries should be made in advance. Any disruptive noise that affects neighbors may result in a penalty of $1000.

Lastly, effective September 18, 2022, urgent repairs may require access to the property even in the absence of guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
