Important details to note: Each guest must pay daily resort fees of $25 per night, along with a key issuance fee of $50. These charges contribute to your access to the hotel’s facilities, including the pool and gym, but do not cover room service or other hotel services. Housekeeping will collect trash outside your door for your convenience.

Please be aware that as of February 7, 2022, exterior renovation work at the Ala Moana Hotel Condo commenced, running Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Projects include concrete repairs, repainting, sealant replacement, and lanai deck coating.

This studio offers partial views of the ocean, mountains, park, and canal surrounding Waikiki. A minimum stay of two nights is required, while parking is available at a rate of $30 per day in the hotel basement—please verify current pricing and availability directly.

Check-in and check-out are self-service; registration at the front desk is necessary to receive your room keys and gain access to the gym and pool. Guests are required to return their keys before departure. Please familiarize yourself with our terms and conditions upon booking, and note that only guests aged 21 or older may make reservations.

No pets are allowed on the premises. If you're bringing a service animal, please notify us in advance for approval. Unauthorized pets will incur additional cleaning fees after your stay, and we cannot guarantee amenities during any construction or maintenance periods.
