Summary: Immediately upon arrival, the lack of cleanliness was apparent. The carpets were so stained and dirty we didn’t want to walk around barefoot. The kitchen was fairly well stocked, but our blender pitcher was broken (glass was shattered). They did bring us another one, but by then we were already halfway through our stay. The master shower door was loose and janky and didn’t close well. The glass tabletop on the lanai was missing (just the base was there). Several light bulbs were out and the mattresses were uncomfortable. Needless to say we were quite disappointed, especially considering the price we were paying. This unit needs a lot of attention before it’s worth what we paid.
