Enhanced Cleaning and Disinfection: Every unit at Honokeana Cove undergoes meticulous cleaning and disinfection before each guest's arrival. Our housekeeping team employs EPA hospital-grade disinfectants, paying special attention to high-touch surfaces. All dishware is sanitized at high temperatures, and soft surfaces are treated with disinfectants to ensure a safe environment. Linens and towels are washed with the highest heat settings for thorough sanitization.

Cancellations and Refunds: If you need to cancel your booking more than 30 days before check-in, you will receive a refund of your deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to your arrival date will forfeit the rental amount. However, if health issues or personal circumstances require your cancellation, please contact our rental office. We highly recommend obtaining trip insurance for unforeseen situations.

Please note that a cleaning fee, damage waiver, and Hawaii tax (17.962%) apply to all rates. Free parking is available for one vehicle, and there are no resort fees. Hawaii taxes are managed by Honokeana Cove Rental Association LLC, Tax ID 067-626-5984-01.
