Summary: Booked two nights including the night before our arrival so my family could get into the suite when we arrived at 10:30 am (18 hours after it should have been). When we arrived we were told it wasn't ready, and didn't act with any urgency. Suite was reasonable although somewhat dated. Location worked well for our short stay.
