Summary: Not too bad of a place for the age. Siding and roofing construction going on right now can be a bit noisy. Not exactly handicap friendly unit with only stairs to the front door and the back slider door would be very hard to open for somone with physical disabilities. Plenty of parking and location was a plus. Kitchen was well equipped. The shower was problematic with the valve sticking on one temperature usually hot. It was not a one off issue and it happend the whole week I stayed there. I emailed the property manager about the issue after I returned home. They tested it and found it is now miraculously working properly which is not a surprising response considering the cost to replace that valve. As a paying customer though that expects basic plumbing to work it is unacceptable.
