Summary: We had no issues with the booking agent LiveSuites with our stay, The resort itself is a nightmare. They kept deactivating our keys. The upstairs noise was nearly unbearable - and they did nothing with the noise complaints. Who places two families above a couple when they assign rooms? Seriously. The place was overun with unruly families -- both adults and kids. The location is fantastic and the resort itself well kept and the grounds are quite lovely. The staff is super nice. The resort sales staff super with their recommendations on activities. I would only stay again if I could be on an upper floor unit.
