Summary: The cottage is adorable, very well appointed and 500 steps to the beach! Host lives on adjacent property and is very easy to communicate with. Any needs we had were immediately addressed and accommodated. My husband and I were visiting family in Kailua and had them visit with us on occasion which host had no problem with. We would recommend this property and will be back.
