Positive: Beautiful ocean view where we saw a few turtles. View from living room and one bedroom too. Nicely decorated condo. Happy to have laundry facilities. Close to beaches and trails (by car). Great to have 4 beach chairs.
Negative: We reserved for 5 people and the 5th person was supposed to sleep on the pull out sofa. However it was not set up with linen and there was no linen to find in the condo. On the note on the fridge it said the sister lives on Maui and her business card was on the counter - but there was no business card. We called the owner and she said we have to deal with it for the night (luckily we had a sleeping bag with us) and slept straight on the mattress. She said a house keeper would bring the linen the day after (we are staying 3 nights). At 1 pm I send a message to see when the house keeper will come. No answer. An hour later we called - no answer. We texted and called again at 5 pm - no answer. So no sheet the second night neither. Another issue was that we originally booked one night (non-refundable) and wanted to add a night in each end of that booking. We tried to get the host to add the extra nights and asked if it would be cheaper. Slow response (a few months). She said in the end that booking.com would be in contact with us due to all those extra fees with 3 separate bookings vs 1 booking. We finally managed to get in contact with booking.com and they said since the host had not separated the cleaning fee, then there was no extra charges.
Summary: Beautiful view and condo and good location, but no linen provided for pull out sofa
