This inviting Condo has been thoughtfully remodeled, with enhancements made in February 2018 and a striking new bathroom completed in June 2020. For the first time, it is now available for rent. Enjoy the convenience of brand-new stainless steel appliances, a Nespresso coffee maker, and a comfortable memory foam sofa bed. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a new 55" 4K HD TV equipped with cable, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. A new air conditioning unit was installed in April 2023, ensuring your comfort during your stay.

Enjoy a lovely walk along the ocean's edge, where you may encounter turtles feeding near the rocks. Just half a mile down Hauoli Street, you'll find Haycraft Park and the renowned Sugar Beach, known as the longest beach on Maui. Continue further to discover the Kealia Pond National Wildlife Refuge, a true haven for birdwatching enthusiasts. In the evenings, you can witness turtles coming to feed at the rock wall, and as night falls, gaze at the twinkling lights of Kihei across the bay.
