Summary: The unit was very clean and there was a nice gift basket when we arrived. The kitchen was completely stocked, didn't need anything. We had a question about the air conditioner the first evening and we couldn't figure out the answer, John answered immediately. Loved being right on the beach, we had our 87 year old mother there and it was easy to get around.
