Summary: This was a great property for our short stay. It is close to Ali'i Drive which can be loud at times but is mostly good. Convenient to get to restaurants and snorkeling and farmers markets in Kona. The pool was lovely especially when it is hot because the upstairs unit does not have AC. I did not find the living room furniture comfortable but the rest of our party did. And the top floor does not have walls that go all the way up to the ceiling so if someone is in the entry way for the downstairs unit you can hear them. The location was good, the kitchen had what we needed. It is an upstairs unit though so there are a number of stairs to climb and that should be considered if you are looking for this unit to stay in.
