Look for the elevators marked "E Komo Mai - Great Food Awaits!" which lead you to everything you might need, from ready-to-eat sushi to a selection of beers, wines, and mixers. In addition, you are only a five-minute stroll from various ABC stores.

Your cleanliness and comfort are our priorities. We guarantee that the studio is clean, fully prepared, and just as advertised upon your arrival. With a commitment to hygiene, we ensure a thorough “deep disinfection cleaning” occurs at least 36 hours between guest stays, instilling confidence in the safety and cleanliness of your accommodation.

This building boasts gated security and provides both stair and elevator access to your second-floor unit. On-site amenities include a pool, barbecue grill area, and coin-operated laundry facilities for your convenience.

Your cozy home away from home features a queen bed and a fold-out memory foam couch, comfortably accommodating up to three guests. Enjoy entertainment with a large LCD TV, FREE Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and ample extra linens and towels provided for your stay.

If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is equipped with black-granite countertops, maple cabinetry, and everything necessary for meal preparation, including a refrigerator, stove top oven, microwave, pots, pans, rice cooker, toaster, bullet blender, coffee maker, teapot, dishes, and silverware.

For dining out, explore a variety of nearby restaurants and bars within walking distance, such as Marukame Udon, Cheeseburgers in Paradise, Outback Steakhouse, and many more delectable options to satisfy your cravings.

Please note that Waikiki is conveniently located approximately a 30-minute drive from the airport. While there are parking stalls available in the building, they are primarily reserved for full-time residents. However, parking may be available upon request—please inquire with us regarding availability for your specific dates. It is recommended to rent a small car due to the limited size of parking spaces. Metered street parking and additional paid public parking facilities are also within close proximity.

As part of our "Ohana Rules," after booking, you will receive a Guest Agreement requiring details such as tenant names, ages, and government-issued picture IDs to be submitted within ten business days.

• Occupancy is limited to three individuals at all times; children must have adult supervision.
• Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM.
• Please be aware that construction of a new high-rise apartment building is taking place across the street, which may generate noise during working hours. Our soundproof walls mitigate this disturbance, so feel free to turn on the TV or air conditioning for added comfort.
• We take security seriously; please lock the unit's sliding door when not present.
• Use of controlled substances is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
• No pets allowed; smoking is prohibited throughout the property.

A one-time nonrefundable cleaning fee covers the deep disinfecting process before and after each stay, ensuring your health and safety. This fee does not include trash disposal or washing dishes; guests should leave the property as found. Mahalo!

Please be aware of taxes applicable to your stay: The State of Hawaii charges a General Excise Tax (GET) of 4.5% along with a Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT) of 9.25%, which will be reflected in your agreement.
