Summary: We had everything we needed for the stay. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make meals. The location is walkable to Kailua-Kona shops and restaurants. The beach is a 7-8 minute walk from the property. There were plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, etc. I can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t already there. The bonus was seeing the sunset from the balcony. The host was very clear about how to access the property. We didn’t need to reach out to the host during our stay.
