Positive: The location was excellent. The apartment is situated within a beautiful resort with stunning views. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment also included beach essentials, including toys for children, which was very convenient for families. The beds and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
Negative: On the downside, the bathroom was not very clean upon arrival. There was dust on the furniture, the floors were dirty, and the sink drain in one of the bathrooms was not working. After we contacted Maya, all of these issues were resolved the next day. A thorough cleaning was performed, and the drain problem was fixed. Additionally, the resort charged us a resort fee without prior notice.
Summary: It would have been helpful if this fee had been clearly disclosed during the booking process.
