Positive: The Ocean views were Phenomenal, not as private as we would have liked. The apartment was spacious, well stocked, clean and beautiful. We had an awesome time at the pool and the various spas. I wish they opened later and let families enjoy the lit-up pools and spas until 11:00 PM and not shut down at 10:00 PM. The staff members were mostly friendly, receptionist was aloof, and one pool staff member was rude. Other than that, everyone else was very friendly. Overall experience was awesome, thank you.
Negative: Customer service needs improvement on some staff members.
